Meet the Founder

Pamela Sessoms
Founder & Principal, ShineWell Solutions

Pamela Sessoms is an executive coach, leadership strategist, and etiquette and protocol professional whose career has centered on helping people and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen performance, and move meaningful work forward.

Before founding ShineWell Solutions, Pamela spent more than 30 years in federal service, including senior executive-level leadership and strategic operations roles and participation in the White House Leadership Development Program. Her experience spans organizational leadership, business operations, workforce initiatives, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and large-scale transformation.

Today, she brings that experience together with training in executive coaching, business etiquette, intercultural etiquette and protocol, professional presence, and emerging applications of artificial intelligence.

Her approach is practical, strategic, and deeply human. Whether she is working with an individual leader, facilitating a professional development experience, helping an organization strengthen client relationships, or teaching people how to navigate the rooms and tables where business and relationships happen, the objective is the same:
